The James Company Program Administrators

Meet Our Staff / Program Administrators

	Because a major funding appeal is very often a new experience for the congregational or agency people involved, The James Company provides a Program Administrator for every program. Administrators work with the organization's own administrative assistant to ensure that the administrative details are handled expeditiously. The Program Administrator assists with preparing materials for meetings, recordkeeping, mailings, printing and other program details.
	RITA HANLON Rita has worked with The James Company since 2002. She has served her church on the Stewardship Committee, the After-School Ministry Board, and the Youth Board. Rita and her family are members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Carol Stream, Illinois.
	ANITA KOVIC Anita has worked with The James Company since 1989 in the areas of stewardship, building appeals and feasibility studies. She has served in both the program administrator and the program director roles. Anita and her family are members of Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

	DONNA LUND Donna joined The James Company in 2002. She is the Financial Administrator at St. Timothy Lutheran Church. Donna also has been a very active volunteer in children's ministries, teaching vacation Bible school, teaching Sunday school and directing the midweek Logos program. Donna and her family are members of St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Naperville, Illinois.
	DENISE PETERS Denise has been with The James Company since 1992. She has also served in her own congregation on the Boards of Stewardship and Education and on the Parish Council and Board of Directors. Denise and her family are active members of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Carol Stream, Illinois.

	CATHY SCHAEFER Since 1987, Cathy has worked on all aspects of fund raising with The James Company. She has served in both the program administrator and the program director roles. She chaired the Stewardship Committee for five years and remains actively involved in parish life. She completed three terms on the Board of Directors for the Channel 10/36 (PBS) Friends organization and is actively involved in all of their fund-raising events. Cathy serves on various fund-raising committees for a number of non-profit organizations. Cathy is a member of Christ King Catholic Parish in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.



	SALLY WARREN Sally has been with The James Company since 1996. She began her career with us after she was the Appeal Secretary when The James Company conducted a capital appeal at her former church in 1995. She currently serves her congregation, Grace of God Lutheran Church in Oakdale, Minnesota on the Finance Committee, Outreach Committee, Small Group Leader and as a worship reader.
