JOHN V. CLARK, President/Managing Partner John comes to The James Company with an extensive background in church ministry, having served as an ordained minister for over 20 years. He has served as a program director with us since 1996. John's abilities include his experience in communicating in a wide range of ministry environments and his extensive church administrative background. John has worked with a variety of congregations and institutional ministries from many different cultural and denominational settings. John has a passion for outreach, teaching and growing leaders for mission and ministry in the church. His sincere, personable approach (along with a good sense of humor) contributes to John's effectiveness as a communicator and leader.
ROBERT J. CONNOLLY, Vice President/Managing Partner Bob has worked with church congregations, schools, and social agencies since 1974. He has managed stewardship and capital fund appeals, conducted leadership-training seminars, and supervised planning processes for a wide variety of non-profit institutions.
Bob and his wife Lynn have two grown children and belong to Gesu Catholic Parish in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Bob is a Board Member of the Pilgrims of Ibillin and a member of Common Ground.
JAMES D. HARRISON, Consulting Partner Jim has over 33 years of experience managing capital appeals and development programs both locally and nationally. He has directed successful programs for hospitals and other health care organizations, church congregations, public television, and youth related organizations.
Jim and his wife Gayle have three grown children. They live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and are members of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior, Minnesota. Jim is active in the community. He served seven years on the Board of Directors of the Osmond Foundation located in Salt Lake City. He also helped establish the Children's Miracle Network Telethon, which raises over $175,000,000 annually to support children's hospitals in the U.S.A. and Canada.
